2. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

3. USE OF THE SERVICES & LICENSE

Sonnet Money grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business or personal tax research purposes.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION

Sonnet Money handles your uploaded documents and chat histories with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT

Your Input: You retain all ownership rights to Input you upload.

Generated Output: Sonnet Money assigns all right, title, and interest in Output to you.

6. FEES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Billing is auto-renewed monthly. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sonnet Money Inc. from claims arising out of your use of the Services or reliance on Outputs.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SONNET MONEY INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
